Gravity Forms IP list – whitelist submissions from Canada

The "IP List" feature in BSK Forms Blacklist provides two actions: Allow and Block.

This form uses the "IP List by Country" feature from BSK Forms Blacklist. The list is configured to allow IP addresses from Canada. Consequently, only users connecting from Canada are able to submit the form.
